- Body-Based Inquiry - question stressful thoughts by partnering the mind & the body in Inquiry
- Somatic movement & dance - intuitive, and accessible for all bodies
- Regulated breathing - techniques to soothe the nervous system
- Guided vocal expression (optional and consent-based)
- Intentional boundaries and choice at every step
- Periods of stillness and integration so the nervous system can settle
- Witnessing without fixing in a supportive space
There is no pressure to perform, scream, cry, or “break through.” Your body leads and you choose your level of participation. Everything is optional.
This is about reclaiming your life force, not exploding it outward or turning it against yourself. This space is for those of us who feel the weight of what we’ve been holding - and know, deep down, that it’s time to let it move.
