In this work, you’ll practice:

Recognizing
Recognizing when your body is bracing, reacting, and holding emotional tension

Staying
Staying with activation instead of immediately reacting, running, or fixing

Welcoming
Welcoming what arises with curiosity and letting emotions move through instead of getting stuck

Coming Home
Coming home to your embodied inner wisdom; the safety that is always, and only, within you.
You don’t need to be “good” at meditation, movement, or inquiry. You don’t need to have a clear goal or problem to fix. You just need a genuine desire to be in a different relationship with yourself.
You’re looking for a quick fix, a breakthrough weekend, or instant relief
This work is gentle, but it’s real. It asks for presence, honesty, and commitment.
